Take me off hate mail list

To The Editor:
Christians are celebrating Christmas and Jews are celebrating Hanukah. It’s a time for family, community, love, and compassion regardless of your religion, ethnic background, or sexual preferences.

All except for E.O. England who, instead of a Christmas card, sends articles of hate in the mail, including a copy of a letter he wrote to the Catskill Mountain News. How can this man, who professes to be a Christian, go to church and still send out such garbage during this season? And, with a Christmas stamp on the envelope. This isn’t the first time I’ve received this garbage. But it’s the first time at Christmas, a new low. Congrats.

It’s almost like having a combination of Hitler and the KKK living on my road.
Have you ever heard of “love thy neighbor”? Even though I usually don’t go to services, I believe it’s one of the 10 commandants. At the least, it’s just plain decency.

You really need to have a long heart-to-heart conversation with your pastor. Please take me off your mailing list.

Merry Christmas to all whites, blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, gays, etc.
