Hidden pond
Salvatore Carvo of Connecticut has sold a parcel of land on Brush Hollow Road in the Town of Bovina to Robert Smura of Rochester. The 4.7-acre parcel offers a private setting with a hidden pond down a long driveway. Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties listed and sold the land.  

Dry Brook home
Marrietta Shultis sold her lovely Dutch Colonial home in Dry Brook, Arkville to the Lee Family. The Lee family looks forward to years of enjoyment of in their new home. The property was listed by Jeffrey Ashton of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and sold by Kyla Thomas of Murphy Realty Group.

Roxbury home
Dick and Flo Pressimone are the happy new owners of the Eric Steiner home on Main Street in Roxbury.  The Pressimones look forward to spending vacation time and most of the summers in their new home, and are excited about exploring the beautiful countryside surrounding Roxbury. After an extensive five-year research project, Joel and Susanna Craig have purchased a spacious townhouse in Roxbury Run, just in time for their first and last dip of the season in the heated swimming pool.  The property was listed exclusively by Stacy Keck-Colliton, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and sold by Jean Orr, associate broker with Prudential Fox Properties.
