Mr. Bielski and Ms. Panico recently purchased a property in Harpersfield with all the checklist items they were looking for; a new home, wooded acreage, mountain views, space to breathe and a pond. The seller of the property, Mr. Pick, had built the home. This property was exclusively listed by Evelyn Kuhn and sold by Alexander Exarchos, both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Historic bank building
The historic 1905 National Bank of Roxbury building on Main Street, which has been a Roxbury Arts Group gallery for several years, is getting a new life as Roxbury Wine & Spirits retail shop set to open next year. The Roxbury Arts Group sold the building to the two entrepreneurs, Peter Chen and Jeff Tichenor, who purchased a house in Roxbury Run from Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties Associate Broker Reginald Oberlag last year. Oberlag was the exclusive listing and sales agent for the sale.
Renters are now owners
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Sebastian have purchased Dennis and Lauren Lawrence’s home on Blenheim Hill Rd in Jefferson. The Sebastians, after renting for years, are thrilled with their purchase and look forward to many happy years there raising their family. The home was listed by Paula Loesel of the Stamford office of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
West Settlement property
Kevin Moore has purchased a home on West Settlement Road in Roxbury from Marvin Gettleman. The charming farmhouse is full of history and is surrounded by 17 acres with gardens and an orchard. The property was listed by Jean Orr, managing broker with Prudential Fox Properties, and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Ervine Kimerling has sold a six-acre land parcel to John Olson. The land, on Woodland Hills in Andes, has a private building site and is conveniently located close to Andes and Delhi. The parcel was listed and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Saw Mill Road
Kristin Antin of Oneonta has purchased a home on Saw Mill Road, Meredith from Joshua Carr. Kristin will be a full-time resident in the Town of Meredith. Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties was the listing agency, Melissa Wakin-Mostert and Benson agency was the selling agency, Brad Morley.
