Congratulations to Connie and Rick Petrelli on the sale of their log home on Whiting Hollow Lake in the Town of Jefferson to John Piccinich. John is from New York City and is looking forward to remodeling and renting his new property for weeklong or weekend relaxation. 500-acres and a farmhouse
Large parcels of land are becoming harder to find. So when Jim Martin did a “Catskill Mountain” Internet search and located 500 acres with a charming farmhouse on it, he quickly took a drive to see it. The property, featured as “Tuscany in the Catskills”, was breathtaking and was exactly what Jim had been searching for, perfect for him and his family to enjoy for years to come. The property and home, owned by Lou DellaRocca in Roxbury, was listed exclusively by Carol Spinelli of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and sold by Sheri Clarry of The Corcoran.

He had owned the property for 32 years and felt it was time to move on.
