Woodland property
Leslie Soto has sold her lovely woodland property in Roxbury to Craig Centrelli. This is one of several properties that Mr. Centrelli owns in the area and he is happy to own a larger slice of the Catskills. The property was listed and sold by Jeffrey Ashton of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Adjoining parcel
Having just purchased a home in Tunis Lake, Susan and Peter Gilman decided that they would also like to own the adjoining vacant parcel owned by Roger and Lilyan Spool.  The transaction was arranged by Carol Spinelli, licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Cabin off Bragg Hollow
Filomena Ferraro of Brooklyn has sold a cabin and two-plus acres off Bragg Hollow Road to Jerry Fronckowiak of Margaretville. This will be Jerry’s new home and he is looking forward to making improvements to the cabin and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.  The Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties exclusive was listed by Stacy Keck and sold by Kevin Valk.

Roxbury Colonial Home
Victor and Carol Barraclough of Schuylerville have sold their beautiful Colonial Home with barn and acreage adjoining the East Branch of the Delaware River in Roxbury to Gregory and Dawn Shultis of West Point, Utah.  The sale was arranged by Dorothy Ward, NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker at Kaatskill Mt. Real Estate. 

Roxbury home
Richard and Carol Dykstra have purchased the Pierrera family home located on Spruce Street in Roxbury. The home was listed and sold by Joe Aulino of Country Pride Realty in Roxbury.

New residents
The home and acreage of the late Edward Waldman on Route 23 in Grand Gorge was purchased by Ryan and Christian Speenburgh. The new owners will be making this their permanent residence. The property was listed exclusively and sold by Joe Aulino of Country Pride Realty in Roxbury.

Delaware House
Susan Stone has purchased the old Delaware House, which consists of three large structures and sits on 16.4 acres of land from Crossroads Enterprises, Ltd. in Andes. Susan has great plans for restoring the three structures. The property was sold by John Tufillaro, licensed real estate salesperson, with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Mr. and Mrs. Altano have just purchased a beautiful Salt Box home in the Town of Blenheim. The property consists of 25 private acres with mountain views, trails and beautiful perennial gardens.
