John and Elizabeth Meier have sold their cozy Roxbury Run chalet on Denver Run Road to Jeff Tichenor and Peter Chen of New York City. The new owners look forward to enjoying their country retreat year round and exploring all of the four-season charms of the Catskills. The property was exclusively listed by John Tufillaro and sold by associate broker Reginald Oberlag, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties’ Margaretville office.

Jefferson home
Mr. and Mrs. Budine have purchased a beautiful home in the Town of Jefferson. Although they currently own another home in the area they are excited about a future in their new home. The sellers, Mr. and Mrs. Colao, are very pleased to sell to such a wonderful couple. The property was listed and sold by Chris Dicorato of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Honest Brook
Jackie-Anne and Steven Miskovitz have sold a parcel of land on Honest Brook Road in Meredith to Mark Miller of Nyack. The lightly-wooded, 12-acre parcel slopes down gently to a year-round stream. It was listed exclusively by Melissa Wakin and Ray Pucci and sold by Jill Ogden, all associate brokers with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Elizabeth Flannery has sold a cabin on state Highway 23 in Roxbury to Bernard and Juliana Laurenzi. The Laurenzis look forward to enjoying their weekend cabin and the peacefulness of the stream on their three-acre parcel. Sunnie Joh has purchased a five-acre parcel of land adjoining her own parcel off of Town Brook Road in Stamford from Harold and Elaine Brueggeman of Florida. The parcel has sweeping meadows and a year-round stream and was exclusively listed and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. 

Historic Roxbury
Marc Schweitzer of Costa Rica and New Kingston has sold the Enderlin Building on Main Street in Roxbury. The historic structure, once owned by the Gould family, fondly remembered as Roxbury’s hardware store, and more recently known as the Enderlin Gallery and Roxbury Baby, also has two second-floor apartments. NYC urban planner, and Roxbury homeowner, Lewis Wendell has already begun the total restoration of the property. The Belleayre Realty exclusive was listed and sold by Don Blouin, principal broker of Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.

Log home
NJD Contracting, LLC has sold a new three-bedroom/three bath Beaver Mountain Log Home with every upgrade on nine acres with stream, pond and beautiful views. The happy new owners, Doug and Vicky Struyk of Wayne, NJ have already moved in and plan to enjoy their new home whenever time allows.
