The Chaconis family has sold its beautiful log home in the Chelsea Park area of Pine Hill to the Calhoun family. The Calhouns had been searching for a place to getaway in the Catskills and fell in love with this home. The property was listed and sold exclusively by Nicole Haroldson of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Mrs. Ann Robison of Stamford has sold her property in Prattsville. The property was exclusively listed by Christine O’Shaughnessy and sold by Evelyn Kuhn, both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Anthony Strutt and Christin Lau of the UK have sold the former plumbing and electrical supply store and adjoining apartment building on Main Street in Margaretville. The new owner, Kingdon Gould Jr., plans on making many improvements to the property. The property was listed and sold by Kevin J. Valk, associate broker, with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Newlyweds buy home
The Prosperinos have sold their elegant three-story contemporary home in Colchester to the newly wed Erwin couple. The Erwins have been in search for a place to call home for the past couple of months and found it in the house built by Mr. Prosperino. The property was listed exclusively by Ray Pucci and sold by Charles Logan, both of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Ruff Farm sold
Jim Ruff has sold the family farm in New Kingston. The property consists of 300 acres with perhaps the finest views in the Catskills. Historically, the farm operated as a dairy farm as well as a supplier of cauliflower to both the local and NYC market. Kate Dessereau has sold her home located on Hollister Hill Road, Delhi to Anthony and Alecia Viafore of Delhi. The Viafores will be full-time residents of Delhi. The listing and selling agency was Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Melissa Wakin-Mostert associate broker.
