Town of Gilboa cabin
Don and Silvia Melhorn have sold their beautiful streamside cabin on 5+/- acres in the Town of Gilboa. The buyers, Al & Sonia Schories are anxious to start enjoying the peace and quiet of the mountains. They searched far and wide for the right property before coming to Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. The property was exclusively listed and sold by John Marinaccio, associate broker for Coldwell Banker Timberland properties.

Parcel of land
David Shuler of East Meredith has sold a parcel of land to Antonio and Lauren Ashley Seminatore of Baldwin. The Seminatores join family who also own property in the area and look forward to enjoying Catskill recreation on their 104 acres on County Route 10. The land was listed and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker, with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Property in Stamford
Anthony Puma had been looking in the area for quite sometime. He wanted a large piece of property to recreationally enjoy, a gorgeous pond and total privacy. When he looked at the home of Joe LoGiudice in Stamford he knew at once that it was perfect! An extra bonus was the quality of the construction. Anthony intends to enjoy this property for many years to come. The house was listed exclusively by Paula Loesel and sold by Carol Spinelli, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
