John Alfano has sold his two vacant lots off Ferris Hill Road in the Town of Roxbury. The new owners, Roger Pfeffer and his son Roger Pfeffer Jr., are excited to own property in the Catskills and plan on building a home there in the future. The property was exclusively listed and sold by John Marinaccio, associate broker, with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. 

First home
Scott Gursky and Julie Boo have purchased a charming 615-square-foot log home on eight-and-one-half acres with a small pond, and views of the Pepacton Reservoir from Leonard and Judith Amberger. It is Scott and Julie’s first home and they plan on using it as an escape from their hectic life in the city. The property was listed exclusively with by Kevin Valk, associate broker and sold by John Tufillaro, licensed real estate salesperson, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Family retreat planned
David M. and Merry Rama of the Town of Delhi recently sold 300 plus acres of vacant land with ponds and stunning views to Michael and Nicholas DeGregorio from New Jersey. Both are delighted with the beauty of the setting and look forward to breaking ground for construction of a family retreat they expect to enjoy for many years to come. Commercial property
O’Connor Pharmacy recently sold its Main Street building in Stamford to SWI, LLC of Grand Gorge. Plans include offering retail and residential rental space after a complete building renovation.  The property and sale was arranged exclusively by Ray and Janet Pucci of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
