Mr. Egelston and Ms. Beverland have purchased their very first home, a lovely Victorian located in the Village of Stamford. The property was listed exclusively by Sean and Christine O’Shaughnessy with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and sold by Christine O’Shaughnessy.

Elizabeth Galatioto and Carl P. Galatioto have just sold their four-bedroom, three-bathroom Adirondack-style log home on three acres of land that adjoins over 100 acres of NYC land in the Town of Middletown to The Blue Deer Center. The Blue Deer Center is planning on utilizing the new space for offices and or living quarters. Joan and Woodrow Wilson have sold a home on Main Street in Davenport to Yager Contracting. The home is on one acre with a private backyard bordering the Charlotte Creek. Peter and Nancy Possenti sold their charming home to Rolla Couchman and Heather Corson. The Couchman/Corson family is looking forward to enjoying peaceful reservoir views. Marilyn Grommeck has sold her 387-acre vacant property in the Town of Andes to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.  The listing and sale was negotiated by Eric Wedemeyer, principal broker of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

After a long search for a weekend retreat, Robin Machin and Pat Kenny came upon a charming cabin for sale by George Walker.
