Real Estate Changes: April 28, 2010

25-acre parcel
Andrew Mackle of Yonkers has purchased a 25-acre parcel of land from Andrea Sparacino of Brooklyn. Mr. Mackle plans on enjoying the land and its small stream for weekend recreation. The property was listed with Jeffrey Ashton, licensed salesperson, and sold by Jill Ogden, associate broker, with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Prattsville home
Christina Cerroni has purchased a home in the Town of Prattsville where it is centrally located within 20 minutes of three ski resorts. Although the closing took place a little too late this year for Christina to make use of it for skiing, it gives her time to prepare for next ski season. The sellers were Angelo Vassallo, Matteo Amato and Mario Urso. This property was listed and sold by Chris DiCorato, associate broker for Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Gary and Alison Jones have sold their farmhouse on Old Winter Hollow in New Kingston. The new owners are Laura Taylor and Robert Uvold. They look forward to enjoying all the Catskill Mountains have to offer. The property was exclusively listed and sold by Susan Doig, sales manager/associate broker of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

1800s farmhouse
Stephen Pool and Judith Choate Pool have sold their charming four-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1800s farmhouse on 1.17 acres in East Meredith to Elia Lyssy and Delissa Reynolds of Brooklyn. The new owners couldn’t be happier with the purchase and are looking forward to spending a great deal of time relaxing and enjoying the country life. The property was listed by Ray Pucci, associate broker, and sold by John Tufillaro, licensed real estate salesperson, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
