Custom log home
Mr. and Mrs. DuPas have purchased a customer-built log home in Halcottsville and are looking forward to spending their first summer in the Catskills. The property was listed and sold exclusively by Sean O’Shaughnessy with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Roxbury contemporary
Frieda Rath has sold her three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath contemporary home and two-car garage/workshop on nine acres off Kurt’s Lane in Roxbury. The new owners, Donald and Andrea Pavone of Hastings On Hudson, plan to enjoy the home and property with their families on weekends and vacations. The Belleayre Realty exclusive was listed and sold by Don Blouin, principal broker of Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.

Two garages
After a very long search, Melanie and Jerry Warner finally found a new home that fit their needs. Located off Frevert Road near Grand Gorge, the property consists of a house, two garages, and 12 acres of land. It was previously owned by Debbie and Jurgen Lenze.  Reg Oberlag listed the property and Kevin Valk arranged the sale.  Both are agents with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Bovina log home
When Min and James Chi came to see the log home of Marilyn King, they had never been to Bovina before and loved it immediately. James wanted big land and Min wanted a new house. Marilyn’s house was perfect for both. They made an offer that day, in time to still enjoy skiing at Belleayre. The property was listed exclusively and sold by Carol Spinelli of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Belleayre ski house
Dimiter Gueorguiev is an avid skier, so proximity to the slopes of Belleayre was a top priority.  The house owned by Tom and Debra Hogan was exactly what he wanted. The property was listed exclusively by Eric Wedemeyer, principal broker of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, and Carol Spinelli, salesperson of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

60 acres in Jefferson
Matt Roberts was looking for big land to ATV, snowmobile and hunt on. When he saw the 60-acre Jefferson property owned by Stephen and Joanne Lancia, he knew this would suit his needs perfectly. The property was exclusively listed by Chris DiCorato and sold by Carol Spinelli, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
