Mark Cammer

Mark L. Cammer, 50, of Roxbury passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the Gabrilove Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.
Mark was born on August 17, 1963 at Margaretville Hospital to Roy and Deborah Cammer. He was a graduate of Roxbury Central School and an area contractor for more than 30 years. He married Andrea Munsell on August 27, 1988 at the Jay Gould Memorial Reformed Church.
Mark was an avid skier and golfer. He loved playing and watching basketball, baseball, and football. Mark was a lifelong fan of the Giants and the Syracuse Orangemen. He was a member of the Roxbury Nine from 2001 to 2008, when he was inducted into the their Hall of Fame. He was a member of the Plattekill Ski Patrol for 10 years. Mark also enjoyed raising beef cows.
Mark is survived by his wife, Andrea; his children, Matthew and Marlise; his mother, Debbie; a brother, Steve (Lisa Hamilton) and his sister, Cathy. He is also survived by his mother and father-in-law, Barbara and David Munsell and a sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Kevin Romanewicz. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, Rieley (Allen Keator), Keri and Reese Cammer, Kyle Romanewicz, and Bryce Keator and several aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
Mark was predeceased by his father, Roy J. Cammer and his grandparents, Bertha and Lynn Cammer, and Robert and Catherine Decker.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2014 at the Miller Funeral Home in Roxbury. Funeral services will held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Jay Gould Memorial Reformed Church in Roxbury.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Miller Funeral Home, Roxbury.
