Iris Munson Faulkner, 100, formerly of Vly Road, Halcott Center, died Friday evening, March 28, 2008 at Mountainside Residential Care Center.
She was born August 18, 1907 in Windham, daughter of the late Giles and Sarah Palmetier Munson.
She had been a homemaker in Halcott since 1928.
Iris was a former member of the Halcott United Methodist Church and the Ladies Aide Society.
Surviving are her son, Earl Faulkner of Kingston; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Darwin, daughter, Audrey Johnson and son Darwin.
A service to celebrate the life of Iris Faulkner was held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the E.B. Gormley Funeral Home, 87 Main Street, Phoenicia with the Rev. William Hawes as celebrant.
Burial is in the family plot at the Halcott Cemetery.
