Forum Presents “Faith and Environmentalism: A Natural Partnership”

 

"Engaging the World Forum," where people of faith look at and share thoughts on challenging issues of contemporary life, will present a filmed interview with Richard Cizik, vice president for governmental  affairs at the National Association of Evangelicals on Sunday, April 27 from 3 to 5 p.m., in the Carriage House at the Jay Gould Memorial Reformed Church on Main Street in Roxbury. 

His topic is “Faith and Environmentalism: A Natural Partnership.” The interview took place last November at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC. In this presentation, The Rev. Cizik encourages Christians to heed scientists’ warnings about human responsibility for damage to the earth:
