Chamber names honorees for Awards Dinner


Margaretville — The Central Catskills Chamber of Commerce has announced that its 2013 Annual Awards Dinner will be held on Wednesday, May 22 at Hanah Country Resort and Spa on Hubbell Hill Road. The evening will begin with a cash bar and appetizers at 5:30 p.m.

Being honored this year as Entrepreneurs of the Year are Drs. Paul and Holly Llobet of the Llobet Medical Group of Margaretville and Kingston.
Karen and Jake Fairbairn, owners of Lazy Crazy Acres Creamery of Arkville, are being honored as the Business of the Year.

The Delaware and Ulster Rail Road, and its scenic trail from Arkville to Bloomville, along with its executive director, Dave Riordan, will be honored as the Travel and Leisure Business of the Year.
The Town of Middletown, celebrating its 250th anniversary, and the Village of Fleischmanns, celebrating its 100th anniversary, will be issued Community Recognitions.

The chamber’s corporate sponsors; MTC, Freshtown Marketplace, HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley, Directive, and Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties, will also be honored.
