Bread Alone burglary yields 18K in dough

The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a larceny of roughly $18,000 in cash from the Bread Alone Bakery in Boiceville. The burglary occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. Monday.
A witness told investigators that a white male wearing a brown Bread Alone hooded sweatshirt and a red baseball cap approached the bakery’s loading dock and removed a metal locker that contained the cash deposits. The suspect allegedly took the locker and left in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a white, clean-shaven male between 5’6” and 5’9” with cropped reddish-brown hair and a square build. He is believed to be between 25 and 35 years of age.
