Author to speak on Delaware County and the Civil War
Delhi — On Saturday afternoon, September 15 local author Frank M. Waterman will give a presentation in Delhi based upon his recent book, Civil War Letters of Clark and James McDonald. Waterman’s talk will be held at the Delaware County Historical Association (DCHA), beginning at 3 p.m. He will be available afterwards to sign copies of his book.
