Area Police News: September 26, 2012

William W. Hrazanek, 66, of Fleischmanns was arrested by state police on September 18 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding after he was stopped for speeding on Main Street in Fleischmanns.
Police say Hrazanek’s license had been suspended for failure to answer a summons out of the Town of Roxbury Justice Court.
He was issued traffic tickets and then arraigned in Town of Bovina Justice Court and released to return to the Town of Middletown Justice Court at a later date.

James J. Willsey, 22, of Roxbury was arrested by state police on September 19 and charged with DWI and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was stopped on Main Street in Margaretville for a traffic violation.
Police say they charged Willsey with DWI when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .14 percent and with criminal possession of a controlled substance when troopers allegedly found two grams of cocaine in his possession.
Willsey was issued appearance tickets returnable in Town of Middletown Justice Court on October 11 at 9 a.m.

Rodney M. Spangler, 46, of Bovina was arrested by state police on September 21 and charged with DWAI after he was stopped on Arbor Hill Road in Delhi for a traffic violation. Police say they charged Spangler when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .07 percent.
He was issued tickets returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on October 16.

Lance A. Payne, 35, of Bayville was arrested by state police on September 18 and charged with DWI after he was stopped on Route 23 in Prattsville for speeding.
Police say they charged Payne when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .10 percent. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Prattsville Justice Court on September 25.

Stephanie B. Spalding, 40, of San Pedro, CA was arrested by state police on September 22 and charged with DWI after she was stopped on Main Street in Roxbury for a traffic violation.
Police say they charged Spalding when her blood alcohol level allegedly tested .09 percent. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Roxbury Justice Court on September 26.

Kristal Hess, 22, of Hobart was arrested by state police on September 23 on a warrant issued by the Town of Roxbury Justice Court charging her with failure to pay a previously levied $400 fine.
Hess was arraigned in Roxbury Justice Court and remanded to the county jail to await further court action on October 3.
