Area Police News: November 20, 2013
Delaware County Deputies arrested James Terry, 43, of Downsville on November 13 on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Hamden Court charging him with third-degree grand larceny. Terry was arranged in front of Judge Merrill and released to reappear on a later date and time.
Timothy Reiche, 21, of Arkville was arrested on November 4 by state police and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a call at a Roxbury home where they allegedly found Reiche and a quantity of marijuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in Town of Roxbury Justice Court at a later date.
Two downstate teens face marijuana possession charges after they were stopped by state police on Route 10 in Delhi for speeding.
Issued tickets were Eric J. Bates and Neil Kerrigan, both 18 and both from Brewster. Kerrigan was also charged with speeding. They were issued tickets returnable in Town of Delhi Court on December 10.
Frank D. Franzese, 35, of Inwood and Walton was arrested by state police on November 11 and charged with felony DWI and criminal trespass after he allegedly drove an ATV to a neighbor’s home in Walton and entered the residence without permission.
Franzese was arraigned in Town of Walton Justice Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
Jorge J. Zuniga, 26, of Gilboa was arrested by state police on November 14 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after he was stopped on Route 28 in Delhi for speeding.
Zuniga was issued tickets returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on December 3.
