Area Police News: March 14, 2012

Jody Wagner, 33, of DeLancey was arrested by state police on March 7 and charged with aggravated DWI following a one-car property damage accident on Sherwood Road in Delhi. Police say they charged Wagner when his blood-alcohol content allegedly tested .19 percent. Police say they also charged Wagner with moving from a lane unsafely.
He was issued tickets returnable in Town of Delhi Justice Court on March 20 at 9 a.m.

Howard G. Manon, 44, of Fleischmanns was arrested by state police on March 8 and charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly punched another Fleischmanns resident in the face and back during what police say was a domestic dispute. Police also say that Manon was highly intoxicated at the time.
Manon was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and remanded to the county jail to reappear at a later date.

Matthew J. Pardy, 35, of Hobart was arrested by state police on February 8 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly violated an order of protection issued to his ex-girlfriend by the Delaware County Court.
Pardy was arraigned on Town of Harpersfield Justice Court. No disposition was reported.

Jeffrey R. Bouton, 47, of Fleischmanns was arrested by state police on February 9 on a warrant issued by the Town of Middletown Justice Court charging him with failure to appear on a previous charge.
He was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and released to reappear on March 14 at 9:30 a.m.

Dominick A. Forte, 25, of Stamford was arrested by state police on March 10 on a bench warrant issued by the Village of Stamford Justice Court charging him with failure to pay a fine on a previous charge.
He was arraigned in Stamford Village Court, paid part of the fine and was ordered to pay the balance by Friday.

Nicholas W. Roberts, 26, of Arkville was arrested by state police on March 10 on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Middletown Justice Court charging him with failure to appear on a previous charge.
He was arraigned in Middletown Justice Court and released to reappear on March 15.
