Anne Moldovan, a longtime resident of Bragg Hollow, Halcottsville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 31, 2009, after a long illness. She had lived with her sister the past several years in Loudonville. She died in Hospice Care at the Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Watervliet, N.Y.
Anne was the eldest daughter of Mary and Andrew Moldovan of Bragg Hollow.
Anne will be remembered for the love she had for her family, her life of simplicity and for her generosity, to her family and to her neighbors.
Surviving are her two loving sisters, Mary Maliszewski of Enfield, Connecticut and Frances Wood (Frederick) of Loudonville. Also surviving are 10 nieces and nephews, nine great-nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by four brothers, Andrew, John, Joe and Frank.
Funeral services were held January 5 at the New Comer Cannon Funeral Home in Albany with the Rev. Michael Farano of Saint Pius X officiating.
Burial will be in the family plot at Halcottsville Cemetery in the spring.
