Joan Roberts became a realtor-associate in 1986 and a principal broker in 1999 when she opened her own brokerage. In 2008, Joan obtained a dual license so that she could also work with a larger office and is now with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties as an Associate Broker.
Joan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, the Ulster County Board of Realtors, as well as several Multiple Listing Services.
“I am very familiar with the trends and opportunities in this region and look forward serving clients with the utmost of personal attention,” Joan commented.
Alex Sharpe has been a licensed realtor since 1999 and became an associate broker in 2005. With a lifelong background in sales and customer service, Alex is honored to carry six Realtor designations including the GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute.
He’s a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the Ulster County Board of Realtors. In listing and selling real estate, Alex “enjoys finding that perfect property for each client.”
Tracey Gardner is a lifelong resident of the beautiful Catskill Mountains and has nearly two decades of experience in the real estate profession, beginning her real estate career in Delaware County.
“Assisting people in selling and buying real estate is an exciting process and it allows me to use my creativity, extensive knowledge of the area, and desire to help people achieve their dreams on a daily basis,” she explained. “I like to build strong relationships with clients by listening carefully to their needs and I feel this is the cornerstone of my success.”
John Tufillaro first came to the Catskill Region to visit a friend who had just bought her weekend getaway and recalls immediately feeling as if he were home. Within two months he had found his own piece of beauty in the mountains. That magical time occurred more than 15 years ago.
“It was an easy transition for me to make the change from a career of over 18 years working as the creative director, for a leading company in the home furnishings industry. It was a natural transition to utilize my knowledge of architecture, interior design and marketing to selling upstate NY real estate,” John explained.
He has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Otsego/Delaware County Board of Realtors and for being number one in service within Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
“I use my skills and knowledge of the Catskill Region to address all of my customers’ real estate buying and selling needs,” John added.
