George Siffert and the estate of Otto Kelch have sold their two-bedroom, mountaintop log cabin and barn on five acres bordering state land in Big Indian. The new owner, David Kubilis, and his son Jesse, from Hillsborough, NJ look forward to the recreational opportunities the cabin and land offer. The Belleayre Realty exclusive was listed and sold by Don Blouin, principal broker of Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.
Country getaway
Gordon Perry has sold his three-bedroom chalet and outbuilding on 10 acres with mountain views off Crow Road above the Village of Fleischmanns to Brian Lovett. Roxbury Townhouse
Frank and Patricia Sacco have sold their Roxbury Run townhouse to Katie Clinebelle.  The new owner is looking forward to some time away from her busy schedule in NYC to enjoy all that the Catskill Mountains have to offer.  The property was exclusively listed by Christine O’Shaughnessy and sold by John Marinaccio, both with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.
Pine Hill investment
Raymond and Michelle Kole decided to sell their two-apartment investment property at 303 Main Street in Pine Hill as one step towards their future relocation.  They engaged Peggy Bellar and Meade Camp of the Catskill Dream Team at Keller Williams to help them achieve that goal.  The property was sold to Audrey Taylor who plans to continue using it as an investment.

Lisa Rowe sold her adorable Andes village home to Jason Frank & Vinny Lopez. Robin Forrest has sold her 2,700 square-feet Roxbury Run home. Bill and Donna Scott have sold their 3,400 sq ft, immaculate contemporary three-bedroom, three-bath home on 76 acres in the Town of Kortright to the Curti family from downstate, who can’t wait to try out the trails on their snowmobiles (perfect weather for it) and ATVs. The Scotts have enjoyed their home for over a decade, will miss their panoramic views and the lovely 1/2 acre pond but are moving to be closer to the Albany area.
