Roxbury Run townhouse
After many wonderful years, Barbara and Norman Apoian have sold their beautiful townhouse in Roxbury Run Village to Bennett and Gabriella Baruch from New York City. The Baruchs are very excited to become part of the community at Roxbury Run Village and look forward to many fabulous vacations and weekends enjoying everything that the Catskills have to offer. The Apoians loved every min­ute of their very full lives here in the mountains and will be living permanently in their west coast Florida home. The home was listed and sold by Joan Roberts, associate broker and office manager for Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, Boiceville Office.

Gilboa cabin on 20 acres
Justin and Lindsey Ribicky are thrilled to own their first home in the beautiful Pine Island Community in Gilboa, a large cabin on 20 acres. This home was sold by Paula and Bob Loesel with help from Gil Hirsher from the Stamford office of Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties.
Pepacton Reservoir views
J. Peterson has purchased a lovely chalet on over six acres with some impressive Pepacton Reservoir views. The home will be used as a get-a-way and will become a full-time residence in the near future. The property was listed exclusively by Susan Doig and sold by Sean O’Shaugh­nessy, both with Coldwell Bank­er/Timberland Properties.

Jefferson land
Mark Compton has purchased Richard and Margie Natelli’s land on Oak Ledge Drive in Jefferson. Presently living in Scottsdale, AZ, Compton plans on building a home there in the next five years to enjoy his retirement in the Catskills.  The property was listed and sold by Paula Loesel from the Stamford office of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Andes arts and crafts
Anthony and Karen Balzano sold their charming arts and crafts Andes home to Jane Ann Groom. Jane Ann is no stranger to Andes. Having lived in the village before she is looking forward to returning to Andes and re-establishing herself in the area. The New City Fish & Game Club recently sold their cabin off of Traver Hollow to neighbor Rebecca Louie. They are thrilled and hope she will enjoy it as much as they have over the years. The cabin, on Bradkin Road, was listed exclusively by Tracey Gardner of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Joyce Hood, a longtime resident of Walton and more lately Franklin, has sold her home in Franklin to Justin and Shannon Ash who are so excited to be in New York State. Kleis Road cottage
Andrew and Carol Covella have owned their darling of a cottage on Kleis Road in the Town of Middletown for a long time.  It was a difficult decision to sell, but they knew the new owners, Colum and Kelly Gibbons from Staten Island, would certainly cherish the cottage just the way they did.  The property was listed exclusively by Reg Oberlag, associate broker, and sold by Stacy Keck-Colliton, associate broker, both from Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties.

Meredith home
Keith Wartenberg is the new owner of a home on Bloomville Hill Road in Meredith from Albert Zullo of Oneonta.
