Stamford home
Ann Manzanero has sold her home at 16 Prospect Street, Stamford.  The house was listed and sold by Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties agents Paula Loesel and Gil Hirscher. The home’s new owners, the Cross family, look forward to living in Stamford for years to come.
Catskills Cabin
The New City Fish & Game Club recently sold their cabin off of Traver Hollow to neighbor Rebecca Louie. They are thrilled and hope she will enjoy it as much as they have over the years. The cabin, on Bradkin Road, was listed exclusively by Tracey Gardner of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties.

Mr. and Mrs. Gardner have sold their home in Margaretville.  The house was listed and sold by Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties agents Christine O’Shaughnessy and Gil Hirscher.

Franklin home
Joyce Hood, a longtime resident of Walton and more lately Franklin, has sold her home in Franklin to Justin and Shannon Ash who are so excited to be in New York State. The sale was a co-broke with Keller-Williams agent Stacey Frazier, selling agent and the listing agent was, Sandra J. Sheradin, Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties.

Andrew and Carol Covella have owned their darling of a cottage on Kleis Road in the Town of Middletown for a long time.  It was a difficult decision to sell, but they knew the new owners, Colum and Kelly Gibbons from Staten Island, would certainly cherish the cottage just the way they did.  The property was listed exclusively by Reg Oberlag, associate broker, and sold by Stacy Keck-Colliton, associate broker, both from Coldwell Banker/Timberland Properties.
