Carly and Dan Seibald have purchased an historic farm house in Halcott.  The Seibalds, Brooklyn residents, purchased 499 County Route 3 from Ann Robinson.  Ann looks forward to her next chapter. Kortright contemporary
Bill and Donna Scott have sold their 3,400 sq ft, immaculate contemporary three-bedroom, three-bath home on 76 acres in the Town of Kortright to the Curti family from downstate, who can’t wait to try out the trails on their snowmobiles (perfect weather for it) and ATVs. The Scotts have enjoyed their home for over a decade, will miss their panoramic views and the lovely 1/2 acre pond but are moving to be closer to the Albany area. The property was sold by Jean Orr of Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties in Margaretville.

Steven and Natalie Frier have sold their large Greek Revival farmhouse on 19 acres on South Gilboa Road in South Gilboa to Vincent Wojcie­chow­ski and Norie Grant, currently residing in Roxbury. Patricia Westenbroek has sold her home on Route 10 in Delhi to Kevin MacCallum and Georganne Karvunis-MacCallum of Brooklyn. The charming farmhouse, with its three acres of land, will become a special retreat for the MacCallums and their family. Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, exclusively listed and sold the home.
 
Thirty nine-acre land parcel
Frank Zustovich, Donald McDougal, and Anthony and Debra Dianich have partnered up to become the new owners of a 39-acre land parcel off Utsayantha Lane in Stamford. The wooded property adjoining state land was purchased from Ann and Robert Cahill. Jill Ogden, associate broker with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, exclusively listed and facilitated the sale.

Michele Higgins of Stuart, FL has sold her four-bedroom home on four acres with mountain views just minutes to Belleayre Mountain. The new owner, Liam Ryan of Melville has friends in the area and is pleased to finally have her own country home in the Catskills. The Belleayre Realty exclusive was listed by Patty Kelly, associate broker/office manager and sold by Don Blouin, principal broker, both of Belleayre Realty in Fleischmanns.
