Misdemeanor charges against Arkville resident Jeremiah A. Clark, 27, related to the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed on motion of his attorney, Michael A. Jacobs of Stamford, on March 27. Jacobs made the motion to preclude the testimony of the prosecution witnesses on the district attorney’s failure to comply with Jacobs’ production of evidence demands in the Town of Middletown Court.

Phoenicia resident Tomas N. Salinas, 19, was arrested and charged with harassment after police were called to respond to an incident at La Cabana restaurant in Fleischmanns on March 15. The complainant alleged that Salinas pushed him to the ground; Salinas was later served with a criminal summons ordering him to appear in the Town of Middletown Court on April 13 for a pending charge of second-degree harassment.

Shandaken Police report the arrest Friday of Ashley C. Eignor, 19, of Margaretville on charges of petit larceny after she allegedly stole $160 from a cash register at the Boston Concessions Culinary Group at Belleayre Ski Center on February 23. Eignor was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Shandaken Court.

Christine M. Winner, 22, of Andes was arrested Saturday and charged with DWI after she was stopped by state police on county Route 1 in Andes for a traffic violation. Police say they charged Winner when her blood alcohol content allegedly tested .08 percent. Winner was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Andes Justice Court on April 16.

Casey J. Roe, 20, of Schenectady was arrested by state police Friday and charged with DWI after he got his car stuck on a snowbank on Huckleberry Brook Road in the Town of Middletown while trying to turn around. State police say they responded to the scene following a call and found Roe walking down the road. He was charged when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .08 percent. Roe was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Town of Middletown Justice Court on April 20.

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a gray 2000 Ford F250 Supercab pickup truck bearing NY license plates 23283JC from Industrial Park Road in Walton. The truck was stolen sometime between Feb. 21 and Feb. 27. Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of this vehicle is urged to contact the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office at 607 746-2336.

Sheila E. Giugliano, 46, of East Northport was arrested by state police last week Tuesday and charged with DWI after she was stopped on Route 28 in Fleischmanns for a traffic violation. Police say that Giugliano was also charged with speeding, unsafe passing, failure to comply with the lawful order of a police officer, driving an uninspected motor vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and remanded to the county jail to await further court action.

Tammy M. Castillo, 40, of Fleischmanns was arrested last week Tuesday by state police on a warrant issued by the Town of Middletown Justice Court charging her with writing a $116 bad check to a Fleischmanns business. Police say Castillo was arraigned in Town of Middletown Justice Court and released to reappear on Feb. 25.

Robert O. Sardinas-Wyssling, 26, of Plainsboro, N.J. was arrested Friday by state police and charged with DWI after he was stopped on Main Street in Stamford for allegedly having a headlight out. Police say they charged Sardinas-Wyssling when his blood alcohol level allegedly tested .11 percent.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Village of Stamford Justice Court on Feb. 18.

Nehemiah A. Clark, 29, of Grand Gorge was arrested by state police Friday on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Roxbury Justice Court for failure to appear following an earlier arrest on petit larceny and vehicle and traffic charges. Clark was arraigned and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending further court action.
