Melissa S. Finch, 70, of Roxbury, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, March 27, 2008, surrounded by her loved ones, at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
She was born May 30, 1937 in Roscoe.

Barbara J. Carroll, 80, of Arkville, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Margaretville Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Brooklyn, the daughter of Howard and Grace (Herlihy) Arnold.


Jane Brighton-Fleissig

Jane Brighton-Fleissig, born in Trencin Slovakia and a Holocaust survivor, died in Kingston on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in her 99th year.


Audrey Fields

Audrey B. Fields, 75, a Florida resident since 1970 and formerly of Clovesville, died Friday, March 21, 2008 at the Baptist Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1933 in Halcott, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Grant Ballard.


Iris Faulkner

Iris Munson Faulkner, 100, formerly of Vly Road, Halcott Center, died Friday evening, March 28, 2008 at Mountainside Residential Care Center.
She was born August 18, 1907 in Windham, daughter of the late Giles and Sarah Palmetier Munson.


Linda Doroski

Linda S. Doroski, 53, of Delmar, formerly of Grand Gorge, died Sunday, March 9, 2008 at St. Peter’s Hospital, Albany. She was born December 19, 1954, in Margaretville, the daughter of Joseph and Shirley Dunham Doroski.


Marcia Spiegel

Marcia Spiegel, 75, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008 after an inspirational battle with cancer.
Throughout her life “M” was an active, optimistic person who enjoyed taking on challenges and the opportunities life afforded her. In her final hours, Marcia was surrounded by family members in her home in Missoula, Montana.
