Oneonta — Officials with Community Bank System, Inc., headquartered in DeWitt, and The Wilber Corporation, headquartered in Oneonta, announced Monday the signing of a merger agreement in which Community Bank System will acquire The Wilber Corporation, parent company of Wilber National Bank, for $101.8 million in Community Bank System stock and cash, or $9.50 per share.
